Drainage Improvement Petition 2149- Village of Delta

To the owners of land named in the Petition of Legal Record on the Date of it’s Filing:

YOU ARE HEREBY NOTIFIED that on the 20 ^th day of October 20, 2022, Village of Delta filed a Single County Ditch Petition, as provided for under §6131.04 of the Ohio Revised Code, with the Clerk of the County Commissioners of Fulton County, Ohio. The substance and prayer of which said application is that the construction of the improvement is necessary, will benefit the petitioner(s), and will be conducive to the public welfare, and prays for the making of such improvement to capture and control excessive storm water runoff from a drainage basin north of Meoldy Lane in the Village of Delta; and
