Final 2022 Expanded Programs
Description:

The City of Cleveland, through the Office of Prevention, Intervention and Opportunity, is soliciting proposals to provide Out of School Time (OST) opportunities for youth and programs for adults during one or more of the following 10-week periods:


Spring Session: March 13, 2023 through May 19, 2023


Summer Session: June, 2023 ? August, 2023


Fall Session: September 11, 2023 ? November 17, 2023


Winter Session: December 4, 2023- December 15, 2023 and January 8, 2024 - March 1, 2024 (No programming December 18, 2023 ? January 5, 2024)

Pre-proposal Conference: A pre-proposal conference will be held as follows:

Time: 1:30 p.m. ? 2:30 p.m.


Location: Web Meeting ? Prospective proposers are encouraged to participate in this virtual meeting although attendance is not mandatory. For security reasons, those planning to attend the pre-proposal virtual meeting must register by e-mail to CLE-RFP@clevelandohio.gov no later than November 3, 2022 at 3:00 p.m. Details of the virtual meeting will be sent to all registered prospective attendees.
