Description:
The City of Cleveland is soliciting proposals from ODOT prequalified Consultants to provide professional design services necessary to prepare plans, specifications and estimate to rehabilitate Payne Avenue for East 30th St to East 55th St. The basic work will consist of asphalt resurfacing, base removal and replacement, new sidewalks, curbs, drives, if necessary, ADA compliant roadway drainage, new waterline, and traffic control improvements.
