NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING

The Board of County Commissioners of Clermont County, Ohio will hold a public hearing for review and comment on the proposed costs associated with Sections 955.17, 955.12, 955.15, and 955.16 of the Ohio Revised Code for fees charged for the care, housing, feeding, seizing, and disposition of dogs in Clermont County. The Public Hearing will be held in the Session Room of the Board of County Commissioners, at 101 East Main Street, 3 ^rd Floor Batavia, Ohio 45103-2960 on December 5, 2022 at 11:00 A.M.

The purpose of the hearing is to consider fees and costs presented from the study authorized by the Board per Resolution 162-22 passed on November 9, 2022 by the Board of County Commissioners.
