REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS

Separate sealed proposals for the following Adult Inmate Medical, Dental, and Mental Health Services and Juvenile Detention Center Medical Health Services, will be received by the Board of County Commissioners, Clermont County, Ohio, 101 East Main Street – 3rd Floor, Batavia, Ohio 45103, until 2:00 p.m. on Thursday, December 29, 2022, at which time all proposals shall be opened and acknowledged publicly.

Each Respondent must submit their proposal in TRIPLICATE, one (1) original and two (2) copies with each copy stamped “COPY”, as well as one (I) searchable PDF copy on a USB Drive.

All proposals must comply with Clermont County General Instructions to Respondents in addition to the requirements set forth in the Specifications Documents referenced herein in order to be considered.

If necessary, discussions with proposers will be conducted for the purpose of ensuring full understanding of, and responsiveness to, the requirements specified in the request for proposals. A non-mandatory Pre-Proposal meeting is scheduled for Monday, December 19, 2022 at 9:30am Local Time at the Clermont County Jail, 4700 E. Filager Rd. Batavia, OH 45103. The contract will be awarded to the proposer whose proposals are determined to be the most advantageous to the County, taking into consideration the evaluation factors and criteria.

The Board of County Commissioners, Clermont County, Ohio, reserves the right to waive any informality or to reject any or all proposals.
