Sealed proposals will be received at the Office of the Director of Public Service and Safety, City Hall, 100 South Market Street, Troy, Ohio 45373, until 12 o’clock noon, Tuesday, December 6, 2022, for the City of Troy Fleet Maintenance Program, in accordance with the specifications now on file in the Office of the Director of Public Service and Safety, City Hall, Troy, Ohio.
A bid guaranty as follows is required to accompany each proposal as a guarantee that if the proposal is accepted a contract will be entered into:

A bid bond in the amount of 100% of the 2023 Grand Total of the bid, payable to the City of Troy, or
-
A Certified check, a cashier’s check, an Official Bank Check, or a letter of credit in the amount of 10% of the 2023 Grand Total of the bid, payable to the City of Troy, Ohio
Proposals forms, specifications, etc., may be obtained upon application at the Office of the Director of Public Service and Safety, City Hall.
The City of Troy reserves the right to reject any or all bids, to waive any irregularities in the bids when to the advantage of the City and to select the best bid in its opinion. The City of Troy, Ohio is in compliance with ADA.
