Notice of Intent



Leased Space for the U.S. Federal Government



Youngstown, Ohio



Requirement: The Federal Government intends to enter into a lease renewal for a period of a 5 year firm term for approximately 3,464 BOMA rentable square feet (RSF) of office and related space. The Government presently occupies 3,464 RSF at 100 Federal East, Youngstown, OH which expires February 28, 2023 under GSA lease number GS-05B-18138. The Government has determined for mission-related and economic reasons that it is advantageous to renew its current lease to allow enough time to complete the competitive process for a long term requirement.



Unique Requirements:




  • None



Delineated Area: North – Wood Street, South – Front Street, East – South Avenue and Watt Street, West – North Hazel Street



Lease Term/Occupancy: 5 years firm. Occupancy 3/1/2023



Expression of interest must be received no later than February 16, 2023 and include the following: 1) Building Name and Address, 2) BOMA Office Area Square Feet and BOMA Office Area Rate Per Square Foot.
